Natural Gas Lateral, Interconnect & Associated Facilities / Firm Transportation RFP
American Electric Power Service Corporation ("AEPSC" or "Company"), as agent for Public Service Company of Oklahoma ("PSO"), is soliciting proposals from bidders (each a "Proposal") to construct, operate and maintain a natural gas pipeline lateral and associated natural gas facilities (collectively, the "Gas Facilities") to the Northeastern U5-U6 Natural Gas Project ("Plant") located in Oologah, Oklahoma. These Gas Facilities will be utilized to supply the Plant with natural gas as the primary fuel source. The Company is also seeking offers of mainline firm transportation capacity.
