2026 All-Source RFP
Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO), an American Electric Power Company, is requesting proposals for up to 4,000 megawatts (MW) of SPP accredited capacity through a combination of Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSA), Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and Capacity Purchase Agreements (CPA). Generation resources must have an expected Commercial Operation Date (COD) by 11/30/2029.
