Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO), an American Electric Power Company, is requesting proposals for firm physical natural gas storage service for a two-year term, beginning April 1, 2023 and ending March 31, 2025. The proposed natural gas storage facility must have a standard receipt point on the Enable Oklahoma Intrastate Transmission pipeline system.
Responses to this Draft RFP are due Dec. 14, 2022. All responses shall be submitted in accordance with the submittal requirements outlined in the Instructions for Bidder Qualifications document.
