Serving Tulsa Together During AEP's 2026 Week of Service

September 16, 2026

Throughout July, PSO employees are giving back to the communities they call home through service projects across Oklahoma. From supporting local nonprofits to participating in hands-on volunteer events, employees are helping strengthen communities and make a positive impact where they live and work. As part of the initiative, a group of PSO employees volunteered at Food On The Move's Community Food & Resource Festival in Tulsa, helping distribute free groceries to local families and connect community members with valuable resources.

The event reflects PSO's commitment to serving customers beyond delivering electricity. The communities we serve are the same communities where our employees live, raise their families, and build lasting connections. Through volunteer projects like these, employees have the opportunity to support organizations that are making a difference in their own neighborhoods.

Food On The Move works to address food insecurity by increasing access to fresh, healthy food while connecting families with resources that support their well-being. The organization's work relies heavily on volunteers and community partners to help advance that mission. "Volunteer groups like PSO help make events like this possible and expand our ability to serve more families in our community," Food On The Move representatives shared.

PSO is proud to partner with organizations like Food On The Move that are working to address food insecurity and improve quality of life across Oklahoma. By volunteering together, employees are helping create stronger, healthier communities for everyone.
