The City of Grove has invested in energy efficiency through the construction of its new Wolf Creek Expo facility, creating a modern space designed to serve the community while reducing long-term energy costs. By incorporating LED lighting and high-efficiency HVAC equipment into the new building, the project is expected to deliver significant energy savings for years to come.
To support these energy-saving upgrades, PSO provided more than $17,900 in rebates for the installation of LED lighting and high-efficiency HVAC systems.
The combination of these energy-efficient upgrades is expected to reduce electricity consumption by approximately 140,258 kilowatt-hours (kWh) annually. These savings can help lower operating costs while enhancing comfort and lighting quality throughout the facility.
