The service fee of $1.85 will be charged for a residential account and a fee of 2.95% will be charged for any non residential accounts by the service provider, BillMatrix. Non residential accounts can also pay via e-Check free of charge.
While you will be paying your account with Public Service Company of Oklahoma, the full amount of the fee is passed to BillMatrix as the provider of this service. If you have any questions or problems with your payment, please contact BillMatrix at 800.611.0964.
You will receive a confirmation code as proof of payment.
Public Service Company of Oklahoma will be immediately notified
of your payment through an electronic memo posting to your electric account. Payments
received prior to 4:00 p.m. EST will be posted to your account that evening. Those
made after 4:00 p.m. EST, on a weekend, or on a holiday will post on the next
Public Service Company of Oklahoma business day. Posting schedules
may vary on holidays.
Attention Customers: There is a limit to the number of payments that can be paid through BillMatrix during a 30-day period. No more than 4 transactions per electric account in a 1-day period, and no more than 7 transactions per electric account in a 30-day period. Customers that have reached the limit through BillMatrix are still able to pay at another PSO authorized pay station to make additional payments during the month.
