A Message to Our Customers

Dear friends,

The coronavirus pandemic has had a sudden, dramatic impact on virtually every aspect of how we live our lives. During this unprecedented time of uncertainty, all of us at PSO remain laser focused on the safety and health of our customers, employees and communities.

At PSO, we prepare extensively for the unexpected, and while we have not faced anything quite like this pandemic, I am certain we will get through it together. Our facilities and operations remain secure and reliable and we will work tirelessly, implementing our emergency response plans, to keep it that way.

A continued focus on health and safety is critical. At PSO we're taking additional precautions for everyone's protection. PSO has temporarily suspended disconnection of service to provide customers with short-term relief so they can focus on staying healthy and well. We're using technology to allow some employees to work remotely. We're instructing our line workers and others who interact with the public on how to minimize exposure and avoid spread of the virus.

We continue to monitor this changing situation and may make adjustments to our precautionary measures. This is a time for us to remain calm, use caution and show care and concern for each other. We've seen that response since this crisis began and when it subsides, our compassionate and resilient response will become our foundation as we move forward.
