Average Monthly Payment (AMP) Plan Details

The AMP plan is calculated monthly based on the current twelve month average which fluctuates slightly. This plan recalculates each month which avoids the potential of accumulating a large settlement balance, or credit, at the anniversary month.

  • At the anniversary month, the any remaining balance or credit is divided by twelve and applied to the AMP monthly payments for the next twelve months.
  • Settlement occurs only when participation in the plan is terminated due to the account becoming delinquent, the account closing or you request to be removed from the plan.

The calculated Average Monthly Payment Plan amount for this account is currently at $0.00

Budget Billing Plan Details

Our Budget Billing Plan makes it easy to budget for your electric bill as the current twelve month average of actual usage is the budget amount due for the next 11 months.

  • Periodically we review the budget plan to adjust the monthly amount to help avoid a larger anniversary statement. We will provide a bill message one month in advance if a change is needed.
  • At the anniversary month or the "settle up" month, any remaining balance from the prior months applies and the full balance becomes due.
  • The plan will remain on your account unless the account becomes delinquent, the account closes or you request to be removed from the Budget Billing Plan.

The calculated Budget Billing Plan amount for this account is currently at $0.00
