GAHANNA, Ohio, April 30, 2014 — AEP Ohio, a unit of American Electric Power (NYSE: AEP) honored 14 businesses, organizations and educators from throughout the state at its second Energy Efficiency Awards event held yesterday at the Grange Insurance Audubon Center in Columbus. The award recognizes AEP Ohio’s business customers and partners that have demonstrated a strong commitment to energy efficiency. (See list of winners below).

Each of today’s award winners have made outstanding contributions to increasing energy efficiency within their organizations, reducing their energy use while helping them save money on energy costs, which in turn impacts the environment,” said Pablo A.
