The PSO Light a Life Program lends a hand to those who are experiencing financial hardships and need help to get back on their feet. Administered by the Salvation Army, the program helps families facing financial emergencies to heat and cool their homes.
You can apply for the Light a Life program at a local Salvation Army.
Interested in donating? Just a few extra dollars a month can help a neighbor in need. PSO pays all administrative costs for the program so that all the proceeds can go to help those who need it most. All donations are used to assist limited-income families in Oklahoma.

Members of the community line up to donate to home energy bill payment assistance programs during Tulsa’s annual Home Energy Aid Month, sponsored by the Salvation Army.
