
2008 PSO Renewable Energy RFP
American Electric Power Service Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Electric Power, is seeking proposals for long-term supply of renewable energy from new renewable energy projects with an aggregate name-plate rating totaling up to 200 MW on behalf of its utility operating company, Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO), for projects capable of being on-line by 12/31/10.
RFP for Long-Term Supply-Side Resources
Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO) is now seeking binding proposals in the form of Power Purchase Agreements, Asset Purchase and Sale Agreements and Tolling Services Agreements from prospective bidders to acquire 450 to 600 megawatts of supply-side capacity and associated energy. These resources must be available for dispatch on June 1st of years 2012 through 2015.
