ParFab, a manufacturer of large steel structural and piping products has outgrown its facilities in Claremore, and announced in May it will relocate its operations from Claremore to Inola. The company plans to double the size of its workforce from 80 to 160 employees by the end of the year. The new facility will include seven buildings, new welding machines and new overhead cranes.
ParFab has purchased 221 acres near Inola and plans to make the site available to other potential businesses and to support its company's future growth. “It’s great to see the company not only expand in the region but provide a location for other businesses to have access to 4-lane U.S. Highway 412, Port 33 and the Tulsa Port of Catoosa,” said Janet Smith, manager, Economic Development. This will have a positive economic impact on the Inola area. The Rogers County Industrial Authority and the City of Inola are working closely with ParFab to help them get up and running in their new facility quickly. |
