The leadership team for Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO) reports to Stuart Solomon, PSO president and chief operating officer. The team is responsible for PSO’s distribution operations, customer services and external affairs across the company’s Oklahoma service territory.

Solomon’s leadership team is Preston Kissman, vice president, Distribution Operations; Bill McKamey, vice president, External Affairs; Bobby Mouser, director, Customer Services & Marketing; Alan Decker, director, Regulatory Services; Andrea Chancellor, general manager, Corporate Communications; David Sartin, director, Business Operations, Steve Fate, manager System Liaison; and Floyd Schulte, manager, Safety and Health.

The PSO President, along with Mouser, Kissman, Sartin, Fate, Schulte and Chancellor, is located in Tulsa, where PSO has its headquarters. Decker and McKamey have offices in Oklahoma City.

The PSO region serves more than 500,000 customers across the state of Oklahoma.

The team is responsible for customer service, electric service distribution operations, external affairs, environmental affairs and corporate communications.

While the local PSO operating company is responsible for a wide range of Oklahoma-specific customer and regulatory relationships, AEP, parent company of PSO, directs power generation, electric transmission, distribution dispatch, customer call centers and support services to ensure efficiencies from a centralized standpoint.
